Mkeatley The training is a continual process as you will add new keywords. Once you advance on your first three words, and advance to master, you get to add three more new keywords and will train on those while you are receiving real searches on your orignal keywords...

Mkeatley You absolutely can refuse any search that you are not comfortable with. I personally would have a problem with that type of search also. You can also report any type of "mature content" and have those requests banned.
