how heavy are you?

How heavy are you? have you been heavy since you were a kid? what are your plans or goals to lose twenty pounds? are you confident of what you look right now?

MountainGal I am 155 pounds and need to lose 30 of them to get back to my ideal weight. I have always been 105 pounds most of my life and when I moved to the States, I went up. Now, it does not matter how much I exersise or diet, I cannot get more than a pound or two...
