can fruits add weight?

we own a banana producing farm and so i eat it everyday but i noticed that i added weight. i am wondering if fruits can make me fat?

MrRJ1984 Of course. Bananas and all fruits made up of natural sugars (carbohydrates) and whilst they're good for you, too many will make you gain weight! One or two bananas a day won't do you any harm though and they are a great source of energy, just try not to eat...
