Weather changes are worrying me alot.I am feeling nausea just due to 10minutes sun expose.No mood to work.But no more leaves left for this year..as I spent all on a vacation.just waiting for the clock to turn 5.

Nature_Lover @Kusumakrishna kerala have a herbal water it's very good for health to be hydrated you need to drink lots of water at least 2 or 3 ltrs of it.
