Are you a coke drinker too?

I am a coke drinker. I drink it in place of water which I know is unhealthy. A can of coke has 39 grams of sugar. One gram of sugar contains 4 calories. So, if I drink 4 cans of coke a day, that's already 624 calories. Whew! No...

NocturneVII When I have coke in the house, I usually drink 2 to 3 cans of coke a day. I actually feel bad after I finish off a can because I can tell how unhealthy it is for an active body. In the end, though, it tastes amazing and that keeps me drinking it.
