Ozmo2009 Jean, I couldn't agree with you more. I've done all types from single day fasting to 40 days (juice and water). Intermittent fasting (I believe it's called intermittent feeding now) is definetly the best for me and suits my lifestyle. Thanks for stopping by.

Ozmo2009 Hi melycota, It's still working for me. Slow and steady. 8 weeks yesterday and I've lost 12 lbs. I reckon I can reach my target before December. Normally I would quit at such a slow weigth loss pace but for some reason I want to take my time and do it...

Ozmo2009 Well if you are interested in doing a little reading around the subject you should checkout www.leangains.com. This is where I first heard about it. It's been around for a few years and there seems to be a variety ways to do it. Worth a surf. Take care.
