PRTINY you may of had a nervous breakdown or you could of also an anxiety attack,,it's similar 2 a nervouse break down,,but the scratching is not normal,,i think u should c a doctor about that n find out y it caused u 2 scratch up the way u did. if i were u i'd do it...
