So much information is online about teaching kids as young as 2 how to read. Is this true or its a money making scheme for manufacturers?

Has any non-US citizens received their $ from ALertpay?

No offence but i just wan to confirm as some of the ptc sites requires Alertpay in order to receive our payment. Furthermore, i'm not from US so just wanna be sure wll we still get paid. Looking forward to your kind...
