What do you do to get rid of stress?

Lately I have been very tense due to having so much work to do. Now that I got some down time I still feel as though I cant get comfortable and I don't know what to do.

Metalchick I've recently been dealing with a lot of stress too and although I exercise six times a week....I still can't relax. I have tried Sertraline as prescribed by a doctor but have turned to a herb supplement now called Rhodolia. I may even take up yoga which is...
