I ran into this recipe for stuffed chickenbreast. It says to take the skin and tear it away from the muscle of the chicken. Not to tear it off but to make a pocket. Then stuff shredded cheese and parmasian cheese into the pocket....

Who else likes to watch Hannah Montana on the Disney Channel? Both my husband and I enjoy this show. Its funny and interesting we think as most Disney half hour comdies are. I love that she lives a double life.
