Popular_ 'hacking into your computer' isn't something witch is going to happen very likely. although some weirdos put virus/spyware in files and make you download them. So what you want is a good anti virus: like Norton. try to run a full scan on your computer...

Popular_ you could try several things 1. unplug your router ( the little box, not your modem), wait for 10 seconds, and then replug. 2. there might be a option like: find solutions. 3. your router might be hidden, try connecting mannually
