Hello everyone! Happy New Year :~) I have a co-worker whose attitude is always like that. Most of the time in front of me, she and my other co-worker would whisper something to each other. Although I'm not the person they're...

cecillecarmela We have different opinion but I respect yours :~) And it's nice to read something new here. At least I know that might be their only reason and not to insult me or anything negative. Thanks a lot! :~)

Would you support the prosecution of a crime victim using a gun to defend themselves against an attacker? What if the crime happened in an area where guns are not legal?

Aussies2007 You cannot use a gun to defend yourself unless your attacker is pointing a gun on you, or he threaten your life with a knife or whatever. You cannot shoot someone for trespassing or robbing you. It has to be life threatening. And you still going to be...

Aussies2007 This might come as a huge surprise to you, but you can actually prevent someone from raping you by simply pointing a gun on him. You don't have to shoot him. You might even be able to make a citizen arrest. Execpt that if the guy know the law and know you...

sagnik42 Hi Qaeyious, I feel there can be a lot of reasons why adults (and sometimes children) commit crimes. A person can commit murder in the heat of passion. Sudden anger, or insanity can lead to a person committing such offense. As for other crimes like...

dark_joev We knew Iraq had WMDs since before 1991 because we sold them WMDs so it wasn't that hard to prove it. The hard point would be proving they where threatening to use them or hated the United States to use them against us. People seem to forget we where Allies...

emarie It all depends on taste. I've listened to 'clean' comedy and 'dirty' comedy. But comedy is supposed to depict life in a way and sometimes life is not always G rated. Jeff Dunham is amazing, but the guy isn't clean. And if you're talking about swearing, there...

Radevel Comedians use those words and expressions because they, like just about anything else, can be funny in the correct context. If an obscenity helps to make a joke funny (and they do, in many cases), then it would be unwise for a comedian to leave such a thing...
