So is it a fair estimate that it takes 500 posts to make 10.00 on mylot?

Queenmaximus @Queenmaximus (56) • United States 27 Jan 07

I read that somewhere earlier today. Is that true? I am new to the site and I just want to know.

misskatonic Whoever said that doesn't know what they're talking about. There is no specific ratio for number of posts to earnings. There are too many other factors you need to take into account: length of your post, your star ranking (which you don't get until you have...

kylesmiles I don't think that is true. Mylot pays you based on the quality of your post... I think it could take a good 3 or more weeks to make that much, without the help of referrals and spending about 6 or 7 hours on mylot.

Stephanie5 @Stephanie5 (2946) • United States 27 Jan 07

I seen this on the news and found this article... http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20070127/ap_on_fe_st/tased_grandma;_ylt=AvEceTq6P8WPARJpH6851SEuQE4F;_ylu=X3oDMTA3NW1oMDRpBHNlYwM3NTc- OK, the man supposedly spanks his 7 month...

XxAngelxX If I were to die together I would want people to remember I was an optimistic person who tried to help everyone and make things easier for people. I'd also like them to remember how I try to be a great mom and always be there for my kids.

Queenmaximus @Queenmaximus (56) • United States 25 Jan 07

Has there ever been a show that you have watched that was cancelled that you feel shouldn't have been? I feel this way about the Cosby show. I know that they couldn't be on TV forever, but in this day and time, we need more...

ElusiveButterfly I loved the Cosby Show. There are many that I enjoyed that were cancelled. Little House on the Prarie was one of them. It almost makes you not really want to get too wrapped up in a show for fear that it will end abruptly.

How much TV is too much TV?

Queenmaximus @Queenmaximus (56) • United States 25 Jan 07

I strictly limit my daughters tv watching time because I feel that there are much better things that she can do with her time. I have friends that use the tv as a babysitter to occupy their childs time so that they won't have to....

ElusiveButterfly There are so many other constructive things to do rather than watch television. My kids would get angry with me when I shut the boob tube off. But when I brought them to the kitchen to do a project they were delighted.

wmaharper I face similar situations when I'm out with some of my friends. There really isn't MUCH you can do... there have been instances though, where if her child is acting up, and she's not around, I'll tell the kid "you can't act that way here, this is my house and...
