RandiKae Yes and my experience was HORRIBLE!! Rats ate all my electical wiring (tv, fridge, microwave, etc) Made beds in my couch. Nested in almost all my belongings and this was a pretty expensive place that had climate control and bug sprayings.. But don't let that...
