RasmaSandra @NJChicaa I only order groceries once a month so if vegetable they are canned or frozen and the same for any fruit, Just not possible any other way,

My gastro issues seem to have improved. I don't know if it's because of my diet or if it is hopefully OVER. I may try eating my Meals on Wheels lunch today and see what happens. I'm going to cancel my mammogram again this week....
