In my state (NY) we have Commerce Bank which has a coin counter. Pour your coins in and it spits out a ticket. Bring the ticket to the teller and either have them give you cash or deposit it into your account ( better option )....

That's right. Al these sugar free foods that have splenda or it's generic name aspertame are poison for your body. They do nothing to hel you lose weight and give you an artificial elevated desire for more and more...
