Laurie Tam @Abidas I agree. It takes me back to the basics. Once I get stronger would just up it up by using my elastic bands. Where we're staying at can't have way too many things. We already did that.

Laurie Tam @diosabella You can do squats, lunges like forward and backward, bicep curl and there's many more. Look up dumbbell exercises for more ideas. I hope that helps.

Laurie Tam I do have some ebooks but the actual book in my hands makes me feel happy. Being on my electronic devices like my smartphone and tablet is just too much. I like to unwind with an actual one even though they cost more unless bought at a yard sale or something.
