Sheetaldeshum Yes u r right. If u r familiar with lokayuktha in karnataka ,India u'll get to know how it works.He single handedly caught officials with lots of black money,imported cars and al.So they finally gave him authority to suspend govt officials like comissioners...

If u became the president of a country, What would u ammend? what new things u would implement? Whats ur approach towards wild life conservation and expenses towards it?Defense expenses? Or u would change it according to ur's own...

I heard a saying that says " Jack of all - Master of none" Is it in good ways or a warning message? I feel beng a master of all is better than being a frog in a well!! what do u all feel? Comment!!

I say what is the use of knowing everything in encyclopedia? Instead when u ve a question to ask just check out in the net.I also mean dont be an encyclopedia be smart!! Enjoy life!!
