Shustme Life is confusing wether you get married or not so if you think you can be married instead and be husband material(don't cheat,try to communicate, etc. etc.) I think you will be better off, specailly if you have found some qualities in your other half...

Shustme well, definetly I find(anyone can find) a senna very obviously effective as it gives you a belly ache and makes you go to the restroom... pepperment and kava kava makes me very relaxed...

Shustme don't think, do breathing exercises like deep breathing inhale deep and exhale very slow or ,,, ignore thoughts in your mind and concentrate on just the way you are breathing normally, concentrate on each breath and clear your mind this way...
