Anyone know how this determines on where you will be sent on assignment?

Just recently diagnosed with Bulimia. I have to leave this overseas military base ,cuz there are not the proper facilities to treat the ED. Anyone know about this? How they determine what base is

classicaljazz My friend was navy but discharged because of the eating disorder. They wouldn't treat her. To return she would have to pass their phychiatric evaluation.
