The Amazing Squid I guess I don't see it as my child. It may be from my egg but not me. I wouldn't be raising them or having anything to do with the them. I guess I can disassociate myself from it since I don't want kids.

Well it does. Excruciatingly so. But so does tripping over a splitter... or falling down a waterfall.. or even having one leg fall through an uncovered vent. It also hurts when you flip over the handlebars of your bike....
