How to lose weight with hypothyroidism

Does anybody know a good diet to follow if you have hypothyroidism? I started my medication a few weeks ago and continue to gain gain gain! I used to be 135lbs I am now 209!

TiaL719 I know what you mean! I hate for my husband to see me like this as well and i can barely face a mirror! I too am on synthroid and am gaining weight left and right! I think I'm going to look into gastric bypass.
