no_chao when im depress im not into deep sleep.... usually im all awake and cry. sometimes i go to mall and eat everything i want to eat!!... i cant find my self into a deep sleep when there is something bothering me!!

theprogamer I don't know what to tell you Amber. You have made strides toward staying awake and thats excellent, but I don't know what else to recommend. Perhaps chores isn't the right way to go about it (yes they need to be done, but theres more to do than just that)....

sophiasmom911 excercise is suppose to help a lot! but something else you might want to try is the tanning bed because it gives off natural sun rays which makes the brain feel better, in lamen terms
