Vladd67 Have you looked at freelance and Elance? There are loads of people looking for writers there, some of the jobs are not that interesting but they do actually pay so check them out.

I love writing articles but I consider the pay-per-page-view system as rather slow when it comes to earning online. Are there legitimate sites that give upfront payment for articles?

Vladd67 Well there is textbroker, Helium has a list of articles people want written and there are always people looking for writers on Freelance and Elance. These all are sites where you write for other people, I am not sure if there are any sites that pay up front...

Making money off one article

I have written a sample article in textbroker site and got three stars rating. But I am not getting any orders so far as most of the articles are based on four or five stars, Hence, I am confused to continue the site or not....

Vladd67 I too have got a three star rating and I had no trouble finding orders, in fact I wrote 5 in a week, now I am waiting for them to rate them so I can continue. You just have to keep checking the site.
