oyenkai paint.net is free go to www.getpaint.net, it runs on windows. It's much easier to use than gimp (but if you're interested, you can check that out as well. it's also for free). It really depends on how much tools you need, but if you're only doing simple...

eshow1990 do you konwn neoimage? it is a photo editing program that much like photoshop , maybe it doesnt has as many functions as that , but it can also make our potos much more beatiful. i think you can search it on the internet and download it free.

kmaram im using laptop in my room we dont have computer .. i am the only one in the house used computer so thats it only 1 laptop in my room ... sometimes when my nephews come in the house i used to lend them my laptop ... happy lotten!! =)

sherlock27 If the weather is nice I go to a local park and just sit and enjoy the flowers that are starting to show their lovely heads, listen to the birds etc. Look around at all the beauty that God has given us. Sometimes I just take a slow walk around the neighborhood...

barbiegirl13 What I like to do when I am not on the computer is to: clean, watch t.v., gardening, playing with my kids or just kick back and relaxing with a good book.

danzer To save your money, you need to have a spending plan or we call it a budget. You can search the internet using the search engines about budgeting. You can get so many tips out there. The best thing is to get educated about money!

MH4444 I like both for different reasons. I really enjoy the country for the atmosphere. I also love the city for things to enjoy and participate in.

tinkerick I live in a suburb of a major city. As long as I have my kids living with me that's the best place for us. We're close to things we need, and they are close to friends. If the kids were out of the house, I would choose the country. I love wide open...
