I'm a newbie Rugby fan. which tyeams are the best? Which teams need improvement? For personal reasons I will root for England , are they one of the elite teams? Thanks for your help.

Wolfdogx I would say the best teams in the world would have to be New Zealand and South Arica(current world cup champions)also Australia is very strong. England is also one of the better teams but the southern hemisphere has been dominating rugby.
