Why do people feel the need to be cruel to others?

By that, I'm asking why people are intolerant of those different than they are? It goes through history that a group feels the need to beat up on the little guy...honestly, if one sat down and thought about it, EVERYONE IS...

YoungTalent we have discussed the situation its cause and effect..however we cant do much about it...still i would like to share what i do sometimes... we might not know who when and where is upset and is on the verge of commiting an action of hate...but we can send...
