Zoesmom Funny story, I grew up drinking Dr. pepper, met my husband and started drinking Coke and now I have converted myself to Pepsi. I think my taste buds have changed over the years.

That's it! I've had enough!

zuri25 @zuri25 (2125) • United States 18 Nov 06

I'm so fed up with people responding with just a yes or a no instead of a real answer (which is against myLot guidelines) that from now on if I see that kind of response I'm giving them a negative rating. So, if you plan on...

Zoesmom I am jumping on this bandwagon! I try so hard to have some decent discussions and sometimes it just seems that people want to post yes or no questions just to get points for starting a discussion...not fair. I am in!

Letters

icequeen @icequeen (2840) • Canada 13 Nov 06

With this new age of technology, do you ever write letters anymore?

46 responses •

Zoesmom Nah, I write small notes when sending out a card or something, but not a letter. That is usually emailed or typed. It feels a little impersonal, but it takes too much time and my hand starts hurting. I like to talk so writing can turn into a story for me.

Archie Bunker was voted to be the best TV character of all times.

Do you agree or do you have a different character you think it should have been?

Zoesmom I loved Archie and I have to admit some of his lingo wore off on me. Like to this day I still call a toilet a turlet. I thought his character was brilliant because he was such a hypocrit and closed minded, but you couldn't help but love his ignorance.

Did you get stretch marks when you were pregnant??

newmama412 @newmama412 (590) • United States 30 Oct 06

If so, do they bother you? If not, did you use anything to prevent them? Guys, did your woman get them? And what do you think?

77 responses •

Zoesmom Yes and at first it did bother me, but once I had her, I thought of them more like a badge of honor. I always tell her you are mine and I have the stretch marks to prove it. If your man truly loves you and this is truly a blessed event to you both, the stretch...
