Bedridden!!!

The Fly One @aureliah (25034) • Kenya 12 Oct 17

Today I'm bedridden. Not because I'm sick but because I did 50 squats consecutively yesterday. My lower body is in so much pain but I will not give up. I will wake up and do 10 more.
