hello!!!, please can somebody tell me where to get verygood materials on how to start designing a website and what should i consider first thanks.

Cognition I suppose you could try a Google search for beginner's web design tutorials. If you want to write pure code, you'll have to find a tutorial on HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language), and you can write this by hand in notepad if you want. But that will be a rough...
