babyfirefighter Do you have a ATM or Bank Account? If I am not mistaken if you have a savings account or checking account you can have paypal put your money there for you.

myliezl0903 hi there aendzie! yes., you can use your paypal eventhough you don't have a credit card.,im from manila, philippines.,if you live here we do have an EON card by UNIONBANK ., you may apply to your nearest bank for that and you will just pay around...

myliezl0903 yes thats right.,eon card has a visa logo and with that you may use that for you to link the card to your paypal.,so everytime you want to withdraw money you just need to ask paypal to transfer the money to your bank account which is to your eon uninbank.,well...

snowy It is completely unnecessary. I have several discussions I never rated becaue I didnt really like any of the responses or I only got one so why rate it. Only if I like a response will I rate it as best response. It's u p to you though what you do.
