Do you find exposed bra straps tacky?

I work on a college campus. I have noticed an increasing trend of exposed bra straps. If a shirt has smaller shoulder staps than than the wearer's bra, it is worn anyway. Another instance is shirts worn off the shoulders entirely...

amascot5487 I think that when you show an ordinary bra strap with a shirt, thats inapporiate. I feel that if you dress up the straps to make them look like the shirt then thats okay. I found a website called www.strappity.com that sells adjustable, hand beaded bra straps....
