annily yeh, I think people should have breafast, lunch and supper regulary and eat fruits everyday, which can make a man/woman keep healthy. I often eat fruits and vegetables every day, eat seafood every other day, and eat meat three times a week.

annily Banana is a fiber-rich food, it can move the bowel. But people must not eat too many bananas because of those character with cold in nature. Eating too may bananas may cause gastric distress. So, you should control it.
