Sleeping makes both your body and your brain to rest well. Doctors recommend us to sleep for minimum of 8 hours. Mostly I sleep for 7-9 hours, which in average is healthy. What about you? How long do you sleep?

louievill @anushady You will have to learn to know your body, there are times when you do not feel well so you have to sleep more so the body can repair itself.

Check this out. Notice the difference between these two sentences. Let's eat grandpa. Let's eat, grandpa. I just saw this on Facebook. It make me realize that a correct punctuation can save someone's life..lol.

Laurel (L_B) @anushady That would be wonderful. Here we only have about 2 months at you can actually swim other then that the water is cold. You can always swim at a pool but I prefer the beach.
