anyanann When I find I forget to do something I konw I'm getting old. When I find I often feel tired I know I'm getting old. Getting old is natural, so we just think we are yong and it's ok.Doing some execise also make us look younger.

anyanann I have the same habit as you. Usually,before I leave my home I check my bag to confirm that my keys in it. Doing this can ensure I cann't be locked out the house.
