For myself, I try to eat more or less at the same time each day for all 3 meals unless it is virtually impossible to do so. The reason being that I am afraid of getting

Do you often have dream? And can you remember most of them? I usually cannot remember my dreams. I always wake up with a faint recollection of a dream and then it disappears from memory.

Do you hate pop-up ad when surfing?

Do you ever annoyed by the auto pop-up ads when surfing? I totally hate it, and also think it's illegal. I always use the filter to block ads.
