i wanted to consult whether nite trim pills (for fat reduction ) is safe to consume. are there any side effects? if yes, then please do advice me...

deebomb There are no really safe diet pills. The only safe way to lose weight is to change your eating habits. Replace all junk food with fruits and vegetables. Fruits and Raw veggies make great snacks and you can eat pretty much all you want. Stay away from sugar...

it seem now days it has changed so much,i know i dont wear make up as much as i used to, i remember the days i wouldnt leave the house without it on,and now i can go without it,weird
