im working for more than 10 years and dealing with different bosses, ill been with hot tempered boss, moody boss, generous boss, kind and concern boss. ....Now im the boss, enjoying being self employed... no one will reprimand me...

ashya_32 actually, right now i understand why some boss are temperimental or moody, i experience and figure it out, lot things in your mind, financial problem, customer, family, sometimes your thinking but no ideas coming out.

ashya_32 mine is not family business, it just a small retail store i running on my own, kinda bit hard but and stressful because im also a fulltime mom, 27/7 working no day off. but im still looking for additional income.

ashya_32 thanks, but you know it takes lot of courage to leave my work and to be at home.. im just running a small retail business right now. you can try it to be your own, there a lots of business just needed small capital to be started..

ashya_32 thanks, actually im just started to be self employed, im into retail, ive resigned from my work last june 2011, good for yoy, your dad is your boss so he teaches you a lot,what field you are in?

ashya_32 lol..your right ive learn a lot from my past bosses, it help me enhance my knowledge in the business, most of my boss were older than me so they sharing and parting their knowledge about life, work and success. im the boss at the same time utility too..

ashya_32 yah, i believe you sales is pressure and stress, need to reach your quotas for your commission, dealing with different attitude of customer is kinds difficult but i rather talk with people than doing clerical works...

my husband and i want to spend a summer vacation next year in el nido palawan, palawan is one of the great wonders of the world, ill been dreaming spending days here, hope next year it will happen,im starting saving money for this...

ashya_32 i can help you if you want, where you from?, lots of traveling agency you can inquire on, traveling with friends or family is fun but told them/her to pay their own trip expenses. there's no free on this world anymore lol...

omg..cant wear my jeans...i gain more weight!same with my old blouses,nah, cant resist food lol, i need to go back dieting, no carbo at night, back to sweet potato, oats, tea and egg need to fit my clothes again? do have some idea...

ashya_32 that's also my problem, hard resist of food, eating even your full specially when your in a occation or party unlimited food an beverages the result big fat belly hard to burn, sad to say that girls ultimate problem lol...

we have a different opinion and character, and everybody was entitled to it, dont get upset if your friend does not listened to your advise or opinion, sometimes friend in trouble doesn't really need your opinion or advice they...

ashya_32 yah, they have their own solution to their problem, they just want to release their grief and pain to someone who will understand them, comforting friend are more likely listening to them.

ashya_32 thanks, sometimes people are too over reacted on the situation, and it makes thing more complicated to their friends, i have friend like that lol...shes make things more complicated than a help.
