How fast do you type?

LouiseKnittel @LouiseKnittel (4764) • United States 20 Nov 08

I am not a fast typist. It seems like some of you type very fast. How many words can you type per minute? How many discussion do you usually start in a week? How many discussions do you respond to on a average day?

aussie_angel Don't despair, Louise, I'm not fast either. I just did an online typing test now, too and this was my result: 22 WPM with 3 mistakes (adjusted speed 19 WPM). A lot of the time I need to look at the keys too, even though I did learn touch-typing for one year,...

aussie_angel Hello, I would recommend NOT buying referrals from sites such as these that have not been around long enough to establish a good reputation. By the way, here is a useful link to a regularly updated list of black-listed PTC sites and there is an asterisk...

What's the best album ever released by the band?

crispa @crispa (18) 10 Jun 08

Each album is special in its own way but for me, perhaps contraversially, the best album is "Presence". I just love every track on it, especially "Achilles Last Stand" and "Nobody's Fault But Mine".

aussie_angel Well, I have to say Presence is my LEAST favourite, lol, but you're right, they do have so many great albums. Personally, Led Zeppelin 1, 3 and "In Through The Out Door" are my top faves. I love every song on "In Through The Out Door". "Physical Graffiti" is a...

smilyn @smilyn (2967) • United States 12 Sep 08

I opened my Paypal account in Set 2007. Actually last year, I had been partcipating in a paid survey site. Suddenly ater 2 months, the site was getting closed and they made the final payments. So I opened a Paypal account to get...

aussie_angel I opened a Paypal account back in 2002 and I'm fairly sure that was for the purpose of buying/selling stuff on e-bay, as I decided that was the safest and most convenient method. Or maybe it was that Paypal was the only method acceptable to the seller I was...

Neil Young - Keep On Rocking In The Free World

jend80 @jend80 (2071) • United Kingdom 14 Oct 07

Has Neil ever gone on record about just how ironic this song is meant to be? Sounds like it's pro America but is it really partly an attack disguised as patrotism just like Springsteen's Born In The USA?

keep on rocking in the free world

aussie_angel I'm sure it is..not even really disguised! I've never known Neil Young to say anything pro-America, and that would be unlikely since he is a Canadian. ;-)
