how can the world get rid of piracy?

Let's face it, one of the major problems of each country now is the piracy... who should we blame? the user or the provider?

avietiful lowering the price will surely affect the quality of the original, it may turned out to be in the level of the immitations.. there are a lot of products which is pirated or copied that has a very good qualities, like for example the loui viuton bags in korea...

According to last year post in Time magazine Filipinos are the most happiest people in the whole world... what makes Filipinos stand out among the rest of other nationality?
