Have you ever realized as well that respect is earn not imposed? Even the elder ones must earn respect as well? We have been taught the way that we must respect elders, but then have you ever been challenge when an old people...

avinash2506 Yes nowdays money and status is the main criterion for earning respect but then again it is not a true respect....in workplace for example..people just show fake respect for their managers.
