I'm lucky enough because my parents bought me an apartment so this way I wouldn't have to rent a place. but sooner or later I'm thinking about buying a house. I want to form a family and the idea of climbing up and down the stairs...

Avinash To be honest, NO. Your problem is very simple, you are scared of stairs and that too for nearly one year (else the baby will be a grown one). but look it at this, once you have spend part of your earning at EMI for your house, you are bound for more than 20...
