bangonkali build the fence on an open ground. click the fence so that options will come out. choose rotate. the fence will rotate. move the fence to the appropriate position.

bangonkali after building the fence, click it then there is an option to move, rotate and delete it. the rotate option will rotate the fence, then move it into the appropriate position afterward.
