I do! it drives me crazy. I have almost been hit several times by someone driving while on a cell phone. Have you ever had to honk your horn when the light turns green and the person on the cell phone doesn't move? How can you pay...

becinkc I agree! Almost everytime I have a close call with someone almost hitting me, or pulling out in front of me, I look and sure enough the person is talking on the phone! So irritating.
