There are so many kind of vegetables in our country. But others dont like to eat vegetables, they dont know that it make us strong and healthy. What is your favorite vegetables?

belenalejandrino27 Malunggay is my favorite,aside from it's nutritious content it's free from pesticides and surely 100 percent safe to our health. It is also a medicinal plant.

belenalejandrino27 I think there is such addiction to soft drinks.I also know someone like that,even her mother who is already old,still sticks to the habit. I don't think it's tolerable because of the bad effect it will cause to one's health. I myself rarely drink soft...
