Valerie J. Routhieaux @bookbar I still look for her, even though I know she isn't here anymore, and then there are the times I even think I hear her. I know it was for the best. It's going to take a long time to stop missing her, if ever.

The Horse @bookbar The littlies I work with on Fridays give me enough hugs to last a week. I gather hugs lead to an oxytocin release, and oxytocin is a cortisol supressant, so more hugs lead to better health.

AnjaP I do my grocery shopping online, too. In some ways, it's a bit thrilling, though I don't think i get many bargains. But since it takes time to figure out the exact right order, I don't do much impulse buying of tasty treats.
