i just got into weight lifting and cardio does anybody else work out and have a routine? what are some things u do when working out?

brunogar i do something like this, almost the same actually i run for about 20 mins then head towards the weights exept i work on a specific muscle eaach day (arms,shoulders,back, etc)

brunogar your kid is still young so its fine for him but when he gets older and still acts like that its spoiled
