michelledarcy I usually make sure I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables to make sure I have enough vitamin C and iron to fight off the cold. I don't think there is much else you can do except keep active and try to fill your days with things to stop you having to sit around...

coconutpatty I usually keep a good supply of orange juice and tissues handy. I also make sure to get some zinc drops to suck on. They usually make the cold go away quicker.
