well,i dicovered that my earnings are too low compared to my contributions. pls, wat do i do,where should i discuss topics to increse my earnings? thanks.

Ugh...one of my driving pet peeves. I don't usually have road rage but something stirs up inside me when I approach a car that is driving 65 in a 70 mph speed zone in the fast lane. Why people why? And then don't have the nerve to...
