bwaybaby One thing that my mom finds helps a lot is local honey. The bees use the same pollen that makes you sneeze to make their honey and it actually helps with allergies. Try finding some local honey, if possible. Use it in your tea or coffee.

bwaybaby Homemade ice cream? Not really. The only type of ice cream I made was in science class freshman year of high school with liquid nitrogen. It was vanilla and the texture wasn't quite right. Mixed with some chocolate syrup it made a decent shake.
